The DriSteem RTS Resistive-to-Steam humidifier RX series is an electric humidifier that uses resistive heating elements to boil water into steam. While RO/DI water will grant you the best accuracy with the RTS, any water type can be used (tap, softened, deionized, reverse osmosis). Drain rates are automatically determined per the quality of your water, and integrated drain water tempering is standard on every unit.
Maintenance
Maintenance is separated into three categories: Annually, Seasonally and Off-Season. Please refer to the installation, operations and maintenance manual for more information regarding the different maintenance categories.
